At Space for You Yoga with Lou, I offer straightforward pricing for yoga classes. Whether you prefer to pay as you go or commit to a block of sessions, there is an option for you.

Free first class: Experience yoga with me risk-free! Your first yoga session is completely free. It's the perfect opportunity to try the class and meet me.
Block booking: Save 25% when you block book 4 or more classes. This is our most popular option for students looking to commit to their practice and achieve consistent progress.
Pay as you go: Flexibility for your schedule. Pay £12 per session. Please remember to check availability in advance to secure your spot.
